All orders will be dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse, according to the stated address. Should there be any special needs, please kindly state clearly during order confirmation or contact our customer services center at anytime. We will try our best to accommodate.

POLICY AND TERMS

By placing an order at Bebe Tigre, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Bebe Tigre. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

The following are the delivery costs available with estimated arrival time:

Free of charge for purchase over $500

Worldwide Shipping:

All Orders, HK$150 (5-10 days)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or holidays. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add bebetigre@hotmail.com.hk to your safe sender list.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an item, you may return products for a full refund within 7 days in original packaging. All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. Bebetigrestore.com will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been used and/or package removed. Store credit/exchange will be issued for goods accepted for exchange, and full refund shall be issued for faulty items. Please ensure that the items are returned/posted back in appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in the post. We advise that you use a signed for service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders which get lost in the post. Please note that bebetigrestore.com is not and will not be responsible for postage or Stripe/PayPal costs for any item that is returned or exchanged. Once the faulty item has been approved for return, we will credit the original card used for purchase in the amount of the sum paid minus postage costs. Please note that postage costs will apply for exchanges. All final decisions subject to bebetigrestore.com discretion.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number. If you do not have an account, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and last name on the order ready.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER YOU JUST PLACED

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order. You may email us at: bebetigre@hotmail.com.hk. Please reference your previous order number.
